“She posses elite athleticism and displays superior intelligence.” – Mitch Freedman
Statistically, Shamus Award boasts an impressive 6.75% stakes winners to runners, placing him in the top five stallions in Australia for Group 1 winners per runner. Shamus Award has sired six Group 1 winners to date, four of these Group 1 winners are mares, including three-time Group 1 winner Duais, ATC Oaks winner El Patroness, Australasian Oaks winner Media Award and Levin Classic Winner Quintessa (NZ). We are confident this filly is the right style of Shamus Award to be purchasing and are thrilled to have her join our team.
She is from the family of Champagne (Zabeel), named Champion Female from New Zealand and this filly is rich of prominent bloodlines through both sides of her family. It is extremely rare to find a pedigree of this caliber, including lines of Danehill, Zabeel and Galileo at such a generous price.
She looks to be a late two-year-old, maturing three-year-old middle distance/staying style of filly. She is Vobis qualified, making her eligible for the wealthy Victorian owners and breeders bonus scheme. There’s a lot to like about this filly, we can’t wait to get her education underway and have her in our system.
A Vobis qualified staying filly by gun stallion Shamus Award, to be raced in partnership with Roll The Dice Racing!
